Returns Policy

We take immense pride in offering you the finest selection of sarees, each carefully curated to ensure they reach you in pristine, unworn condition, ready to adorn your wardrobe.

However, please be advised that due to the delicate nature of our products and to maintain the highest standards of hygiene, we regretfully cannot accept returns or exchanges, except in cases where a saree has a fault that is covered under the Consumer Guarantees Act (NZ).

We encourage our valued customers to make their selections thoughtfully, considering their preferences before finalising their purchase. Your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us, and we are here to assist you with any inquiries or concerns you may have prior to making your choice.

Please be aware that our handwoven sarees bear the unique charm of being crafted by hand. The following characteristics are not considered defects but integral aspects of the beauty and authenticity of our products:

  • Small knots or bumps in threads resulting from pieced-together broken threads.
  • Uneven threads connecting the border to the body.
  • Slubs, characterised by tiny knots of residual threads.
  • Minute gaps in and around motifs.
  • Dye 'bleeding' onto the pallu from the body.
  • Loose threads used for tying and dyeing.
  • Color mismatch, as colors may appear differently on various devices.

We appreciate your understanding and celebration of the distinctive features that make each handwoven saree a unique piece of art.
